No. Once you've had your first loan, all your details are kept on our database.
Yes, but this is last resort. We'll contact you 4 times over the 3 month period and if we don't hear back from you, the item will be sent to auction to recover our costs.
Definitely. Each store is fully alarmed and monitored. Your goods are probably safer here than in your own home.
Definitely not! We have a strict company policy that any item brought into our store is not used while on loan.
