Our story started in 2002, nestled in a modest 100-sqm space in Avalon. This marked the birth of Superloans Lower Hutt, our first venture into financial services.
It didn't take long for us to expand our footprint. Superloans Porirua launched in 2003 and Superloans Wellington opened its doors in 2004, each step forward driven by our commitment to serving more communities.
Our journey of expansion took a significant leap in 2011 with the opening of Superloans Napier, marking our first venture into Hawkes Bay.
This milestone was further solidified with the introduction of Superloans Hastings in 2018, expanding our reach to five branches. This growth is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional financial services across the region.

Originally, we embarked on our journey as Pawnbrokers, specialising exclusively in Pawn Loans for the initial eight years. Our focus was simple but profound: to provide immediate financial relief when it mattered most.
However, 2010 was a pivotal year for us, marking a significant evolution in our offerings. We introduced the short-term, unsecured Express Loan, initially a payday-type loan with a 4-week term for amounts up to $500. This was just the beginning.
Over the years, our Express Personal Loan nz has undergone substantial transformation, evolving to meet the diverse financial needs of our customers.
Today, we offer loans ranging from $500 to $15,000, a testament to our adaptability and unwavering dedication to responding to our customers' evolving financial circumstances.
Express Loans now constitute 90% of our business, a clear indicator of our growth and our customers' trust in us.
